Our goals:

We want to increase the visibility of women in political consulting  and boost careers in our industry by providing a platform for  professional exchange and networking. 

de’ge’pol W is  open to women of all career levels working in political consulting,  public affairs, government relations etc. in companies, associations,  NGOs, scientific institutions, parties and public institutions. 

Through  events, networking and mentoring activities specifically for women in  political consulting in Germany, we want to create a platform for female  political consultants and make our industry visibly more female. 

It is a common  challenge to strengthen the contribution and visibility of female  political consultants in our association as well as in the industry. We  want to tackle this challenge together with you!

As a member of de’ge’pol or a de’ge’pol COM you can  participate in all events of de’ge’pol W at any anytime and without  limitation. If you are not (yet) a member, feel free to get to know our initiative at our after-work events for free or join another event in a tryout session (participation fee may apply).
